A consulting mission is realised by a team that is voted for by the community.

* impossibility for everyone to have the necessary knowledge and time to get the information to participate in this voting ==> hence the election of executors / project managers
* Executors and project managers work in the interest of the community and not in the interest of individuals
* Executors can be un-elected if their execution lacks community interest
